Over a six-year continuous partnership, we evolved Rich’s digital capabilities from local commercial tools to a global scale. We consolidated their international presence through a master WordPress theme for numerous regional markets while driving internal efficiency with custom solutions for logistics, accounts payable, and proprietary POS systems.

Rich, a leading global corporate in the food sector, needed to unify its digital presence across 23 countries with regional pages, including markets as diverse as Korea, India, and Argentina. The sites operated configurations decentralized, diluting brand consistency. Operationally, management in Mexico required robust tools to coordinate complex workflows involving areas such as accounts payable, logistics, warehouse, and direct vendor relations, while optimizing productivity and SEO positioning across its points of sale.

Our Approach
Evolutionary ecosystem: from a tactical solution to an international framework.
We proposed a long-term strategic relationship that began six years ago by solving a geographical need in Mexico: a store locator. After consolidating trust with commercial productivity solutions and a POS system, we scaled toward standardizing Rich Global. We designed and implemented a proprietary, modular master theme on WordPress. This framework allows replicating entire sites or using specific blocks tailored to each country, respecting regional characteristics under unified design governance. In parallel, we built independent platforms to automate the supply chain without compromising internal infrastructure.

We designed a scalable, dual purpose digital infrastructure built to centralize Rich's public global brand identity while seamlessly expanding to solve regional commercial needs. This modular architecture powers a unified global web ecosystem across multiple countries, while operating independently alongside local enterprise systems to automate critical back office, logistics, and point of sale workflows where required.
Global WordPress Framework
Development of a proprietary, scalable, and 100% modular theme. It serves as the common technological core to unify regional sites worldwide, allowing each country to activate custom blocks based on its market needs.
Autonomous Supplier & Logistics Portal
A custom system for supply chain management. It independently centralizes appointments, material receipts, invoice control, and payment tracking workflows, interconnecting warehouse, logistics, and accounts payable teams.
POS System & Store Locator
Integrated solution to control and optimize productivity at proprietary points of sale, complemented by an advanced geolocated search tool and a structure optimized for SEO positioning.
